Happy Tuesday all!
As you probably already know, 2012 is the Year of the Dragon according to the Chinese zodiac calendar – so today I want to show you the photos we shot at Ditan Park’s Temple Fair last week. Temple fairs are a Chinese tradition, particularly around Chinese New Year. For a week they are held in different temples or parks around the country, where you can watch traditional performances, try local snacks and delicacies, play games or buy cute little toys and souvenirs, and push your way through lots and lots of people! Ditan Park has one of the biggest temple fairs in Beijing, and we decided to check it out. I decided to bringing some of that New Year spirit into my outfit with these red stripes
How is your week going? I’m off to have Japanese ramen for dinner – this place near our apartment does the best ramen I’ve EVER had. Mmm!
