Hope you’ve been enjoying the sunshine – I spent all day yesterday having picnics in parks with the rest of London, so relaxing!

The weekend is heeeere folks! 
London has turned on some seriously amazing weather, and people are sunbathing on every patch of pavement and park that’s available (and I intend to join them hehe). Last night we had a little picnic dinner in the park which was so nice, I love being outdoors as much as possible!
Today’s look is an example of how best to deal with this sudden burst of hot summer weather – a loose fitting top and light, airy skirt (dangerously high heels optional). I know neon is sooo last season, but I still like it. So there 
What are your plans for the weekend? London has so many things on all the time, it’s hard to know what to chose! Maybe some check out some of the many markets? Or hire a bike and explore our new neighbourhood? More picnics in the park? It all sounds good to me!

So I guess I’m on a bit of a ‘black and white’ kick – as this is the outfit I ended up with when getting dressed yesterday! Sorry about my ultra-pasty legs (uggh), I guess that’s what happens when winter lasts for months and months on end… haha. I’m not really a tights person, so although I got this skirt a while ago I’ve been waiting for AGES for the weather to get warmer so I could wear it. What do you guys think?
Went out near the Olympic village area yesterday, I’m so excited for the Games this summer! I was living in Beijing for the 2008 Olympics, and the city had such an exciting and festive air with all the athletes and visitors in town. Not long to go now!
