It seems strange posting these photos from my hot, tropical holiday in Thailand last month, when I’m now snowboarding in the French alps (see Instagram and Vine - @phoandchips - for photo & video updates!). But I’ve finally had a chance to go through the hundreds of photos and edit it down to these few favourites Our first week was spent in South Thailand – which is so beautiful. And despite the large number of tourists it attracts, we managed to find small pockets of quiet away from the crowds. Sunsets, sunrises, sandy shores, warm seas, snorkeling, french toast, tropical cocktails.. heaven! Plus the wonderful and friendly staff that we met along the way which made us love the place even more!
