Ok so I know I’m a terrible blogger.. I haven’t been able to update at all for the last few days while I’ve been away traveling! Sorry for the lack of posts, but with my work commitments, lack of photographer & little internet access it’s been hard to get online let alone put up a decent blog post.. For now though, I hope you’ll enjoy a few of my Berlin Instagram snaps which I managed to upload in various wifi cafes around the city ;) As you can see, my obsession with food is a little dominating.. hope you’ll excuse that haha.

I’ve been in Holland for the last few days, but finally fly back to London tonight. I promise to post up lots of photos soon, so stay tuned! :)

Hope you’re enjoying the good weather – Amsterdam is brilliantly sunny today, and making it hard for me to say goodbye…

A kitty sweater!

One of my favourite jumpers is from H&M – grey with a poodle on it. Just the other day I found it’s perfect match – this kitty sweater! :) It seems to have been a bit of a cat themed weekend.. two of the neighbours’ cats come over to visit this morning, with one strolling right into our living room and making itself comfortable in the sun! Going along with the theme, I decided to also wear the silver cat necklace I bought at the Strawberry Music Festival in Beijing :) hehe

Sunday’s are great – and this one was no exception! Sunshine, the beach, home-style Vietnamese food (gỏi cuốn), relaxed and peaceful :)

I hope you all had a good weekend, and are looking forward to the week ahead!

A day in Beijing

My uncle recently came to visit, and Ollie and I took him spent a day going around some of our favourite spots in Beijing. We started with a nice brunch at the Vineyard Cafe, a visit to the Lama Temple, a tour around the old hutongs (including Nanluoguxiang – 南锣鼓巷 - one of my favourites!) and finishing off with a nice dinner of yummy dumplings! I love days like this in Beijing… enjoying good weather (which is so precious given the number of polluted days!), historic/cultural sites, and of course delicious food! :)
