London Coffee Festival

Happy Sunday everyone :)

Here are the photos from the London Coffee Festival we shot yesterday – did I tell you they had a Hummingbird Bakery stand!? Only the best cupcakes in London! :D

Hope you had a lovely weekend, and enjoy the photos! I’m off to get my beauty sleep and ready myself for another big week ahead ;)

Bamboo and a leopard print dress

Hey everyone,

It was a beautiful day in Beijing today – warm, and sunny.. I feel like the city’s trying to make it harder for me to leave haha. Lots of places are closed for the Qingming (Tomb Sweeping) holiday, so it’s actually quite nice and quiet everywhere. Am planning to spend one last day in the hutongs tomorrow! :)

Here’s today’s look – trying to squeeze one more day of use out of my boots haha. Hope you all have a great day!

Hutongs

During the Spring Festival holiday, Ollie and I spent a little time in the hutongs (alleyways) – my favourite part of Beijing. The hutongs are all that remains of ‘old China’ and are full of hidden restaurants, shops, and the old traditional courtyard houses.

The Look of the Day was about warmth, as temperatures were around -8C! My cosy turtleneck, thick coat, and knee-high boots did the trick as we wandered around the narrow streets. I thought the hutongs made a beautiful backdrop – what do you think? :)
