Friday is here at last. I’ve just come home from a staff dinner in celebration of Chinese New Year (which is officially on Jan 23rd), involving a lot of food, wine, and general merriment.. good times!

Today’s post is a look we shot in the garden near our apartment complex. Although it was only about 3pm, the sun was already just a faded red ball in the distance (can you spot it?). I must confess that despite my optimism when we set out, it was actually pretty cold – cue my trusty warm Uniqlo jacket (in the last photo) to keep me warm. These leather leggings were a total market score – bought for only RMB 50 (USD$8)! Thanks Saina for spotting them
