Carnaby Street

Happy weekend guys!

Hope you’re enjoying some sunshine wherever you are – the sun has come out in London, and with the blossums blossuming and the birds chirping, it’s really is such a beautiful (if still a bit cool) time of year :)

Here is my first outfit post shot in London (yay!) with the help of my brother, Mathew who also recently moved to London. We took these on Carnaby street, a bustling area full of shops and eateries tucked in behind busy Oxford street. I love this Peruvian silk scarf which was a gift from a lovely friend of mine, and yes I’m still wearing my big suede boots – having come from Beijing’s 28C heat, I’m still adjusting to London’s ‘spring’ weather (8C!) haha ;)

London is a place that’s very popular with a lot of international travelers - but particularly Kiwis and Aussies (New Zealanders and Australians). And what this means is – amazing coffee! Not to brag (hehe) but NZ does really great coffee – and I’m loving having access to it here in London :D We found a great little Kiwi cafe called Sacred, just off Carnaby – would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good organic coffee and sandwich, and a breather from the mad shopping crowds! :)
