One of the best things about being home is being constantly surrounded by water – whether that’s the ocean, or our lovely pool at home. Having now spent 6 years living in two huge, densely populated cities, I appreciate more than ever the space we have in New Zealand, and the easy access to open spaces and nature. So lucky!
Time to start packing.. I’m heading back to London tonight!

Another ridiculously lovely day in Auckland.. I feel so lucky! Time to test out a piece that has been pretty popular so far this (European) spring: the skort.
I’m not really one for wearing skirts much – I love them on other people, but I find them a bit impractical myself (plus I’m a tad too clutzy to really wear skirts with any kind of elegance… ). The skort has been the ideal solution for a while, but leave it to trusty Zara to come up with a design that makes the skort look so trendy!

I can’t resist a pointy blue heel for some reason. Perhaps it’s that lovely pop of colour when I look down and see it peeking out at me.. Bright heels plus some big statement earrings, with the rest kept very simple – my fav!
Today was Anzac Day – a day we remember the soldiers from New Zealand and Australia that gave their lives during the war. I was lucky enough to go to the most amazing service at Westminster Abbey, which was so moving. Feeling so grateful for my life!
